STAT 150 - Survey Operations
Course Description
Research process; techniques of data measurement; issues of reliability and
validity; scale construction; principles of questionnaire design; preparation of
questionnaires and interview schedules; data collection; data coding and
encoding; data quality control; presentation of research findings.
Course Learning Outcomes
After completion of the course, the student should be able to:
- Familiarize with the basic concepts related to survey operations;
- Demonstrate understanding of the different steps/phases in survey
operations;
- Perform the step-by-step process in the survey operations; and
